Yoga +  Therapy  Experience is a full programme  of  Yoga,  with some exercise classes with each class followed by  a  therapeutic  session  that relaxes,  rejuvenates and  aids  recuperation. 

Our highly qualified team of  personal trainers will immerse you in 3 days of  yoga and classes  that are almost guaranteed to help achieve balance and wellness for your mind and body.

At our retreat, participants have the opportunity to  join Aboriginal tour guide, Mick,  to learn about the rich Aboriginal history of this region. Also included in the retreat package is our  'Discover the Wheatbelt'  tour that  includes – China Southern West Australian  Flying College, Co-operative Bulk Handling grain facility, Golden Pipeline Heritage, Trail, Merredin WW2 Military Hospital site, Historic Cummins Theatre, Windfarm, a  Wheatbelt Sunset (when possible) and more!

3. Breathe the 'pure' air.

Our distance from any major city makes our air cleaner  and purer than city air.  It’s also a lot easier to meditate.  On retreats, it feels a lot more natural to breathe deeply and be present in the moment.

A  retreat gives you the opportunity to shut off  technology. While lots of resorts have wifi, you don’t feel the need to constantly tweet, text, update facebook or call friends. It feels good to unplug.
