Fitness + Therapy Experience is a full programme of fitness and fitness training for all levels from beginner to elite. Each active session is immediately followed by a therapeutic session that relaxes, rejuvenates and aids recuperation.

Also included in the retreat package is our 'Discover the Wheatbelt' tour that includes – China Southern West Australian Flying College, Co-operative Bulk Handling grain facility, Golden Pipeline Heritage, Trail, Merredin WW2 Military Hospital site, Historic Cummins Theatre, Windfarm, a Wheatbelt Sunset (when possible) and more!
