Weight Loss + Therapy Experience is a full programme of exercise classes with each class followed by a therapeutic session that relaxes, rejuvenates and aids recuperation.

Our highly qualified team of personal trainers will immerse you in 3 days of classes that are almost guaranteed to help you lose those unwanted kilos.

Our program offers a smorgasbord of fitness and therapeutic activities that will invigorate your body and open your mind to a variety of possibilities that may enhance your health and wellness outcomes when you return home.

To complement a memorable long weekend, our program also includes cultural and social tours.

  • 10 x Active sessions including - Boxing, RPM Bike class, Gym Circuit and machine technique training, Les Mills Pump Class, Boot Camp session, Body Balance, Yoga, Plyometrics and aerobic sessions.

  • 1 x Salt Therapy Session

  • 1 x Aromatherapy Session

  • Sauna Therapy Session

  • 1 x Tour of sites of significance to the Njaki Njaki Aboriginal people with a local Traditional Owner Aboriginal tour guide

  • 1 x Discover the Wheatbelt tour that includes – China Southern West Australian Flying College, Co-operative Bulk Handling grain facility, Golden Pipeline Heritage, Trail, Merredin WW2 Military Hospital site, Historic Cummins Theatre, Windfarm, a Wheatbelt Sunset (when possible)

How long should I stay? 

Our Weight Loss  + Therapy Experience Retreats are customised to suit your requirements. We offer the following options:

3 Day Retreats: 

Some guests choose our 3 day Retreats. This is a good option for those that have limited time opportunities. 

Our 3 day Retreat aims  to provide a 'smorgasbord' of fitness and therapeutic activities from which participants  select those that may enhance or improve their health and fitness regime when they return home.

Week Long Retreats: The longer you stay with us  the more weight you can lose and the more empowered and informed you will become to make healthy adaptations into your life. However, your personal goals may require more or less time. A longer stay provides an opportunity to address underlying issues.

Longer Term Stays: We have very special rates for longer term guests. Contact us for more information.

 

Can children accompany us to the retreat? We have an on-site creche for children. Guests who wish their children to accompany them need to make a private arrangement with a child care provider.  We have contact details for suitably qualified providers.

Recommended packing list: Nearly all of your time is spent at the Fitness Centre  so bring  enough of your normal gym clothes for your stay.  For those on longer  term stays a guest laundry is available. Bring some warmer clothing in winter months as  night-time temperatures can be as low as 2 degrees Celsius.. Day-time winter temperatures are usually a very comfortable 16 – 22 degrees Celsius. We provide towels for showers  and a dressing gown for the sauna. Bring your bathers if you feel more comfortable (sauna) in them, although most sauna treatments are individual.

What day and time can I arrive and depart? 3 day retreat start days   are  Friday and Mondays.  Our program begins at 10 am on those mornings  at the Centre. This allows enough time for  participants to drive from Perth. (allow 3 1/2 hours for the drive) Departure is Sunday around 3pm - once again allowing ample time for the leisurely drive back to Perth.

 

How do I prepare for my stay? At  this retreat, we do not  dictate what our guests can or cannot do. Mobile phones and electronic devices are permitted. Our (free) juice and coffee  and fruit  bar is available at all times.

What is included in the program? 

Our programs focus on Fitness, mobility,  weight loss and healthy living  and include  a variety of health therapies. 

Our  professional staff will provide excellent advice and will accompany you on each stage of your health and fitness journey based on your personal  requirements and fitness profile.

Accommodation is motel style with all mod cons.  This accommodation is clean and functional and helps keep costs at an affordable level. Set amongst the serenity of the quintessential Australian bush  and wide open spaces  Weight Loss + Therapy is  a  truly unique experience.
